Returns & Refunds Policy

At Jax Trails, customer satisfaction is our priority. We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Please read our Returns & Refund Policy carefully to understand how we handle returns, exchanges, and refunds.

1. Eligibility for Returns
We accept returns under the following conditions:

  • The product is damaged, defective, or incorrect upon delivery.
  • The return request is made within 7 days of receiving your order.
  • The item is unused, in its original condition, and with all original tags and packaging.

2. Items Not Eligible for Return
We do not accept returns for:

  • Items damaged due to misuse or mishandling
  • Products without original packaging or accessories
  • Change of mind or personal dislike after delivery
  • Clearance or final sale items

3. Return Process
To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact us at [email protected] with the subject line “Return Request”.
  2. Include your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photos of the product (if damaged or incorrect).
  3. Our support team will review your request and provide further instructions, including pickup or return address details.

4. Refund Policy
Since we operate on Cash on Delivery only, refunds are processed as follows:

  • For eligible returns, we may offer a product replacement
  • If no replacement is available, we will arrange a cash refund upon return pickup (only in applicable regions).
  • Refunds are processed within 7–14 business days after the returned item is received and inspected.

5. Exchange Policy
If you receive a defective or incorrect product, we will send a replacement item at no additional cost. Exchanges are subject to product availability.

6. Return Shipping

  • For damaged, defective, or incorrect items, Jax Trails will cover the return shipping cost.
  • You must follow the return instructions provided by our team to qualify for a free return.
  • If the return is not due to our error, return shipping is the customer’s responsibility.

7. International Orders
We accept return requests from international customers. Please note that the return shipping process and timelines may vary depending on your location.
